AI assistants built around your business, running in seven days.
Where most agents are with AI
You've got AI writing your descriptions and that part works fine. Nobody has shown you the other twenty things it could be doing while you're out at a showing.
Too generic, too many em dashes, the same three adjectives every other listing uses. Your clients can tell. So you rewrite it yourself and wonder what you actually saved.
Some of it is genuinely useful. Some of it will hand you a disclosure problem or an uncomfortable call with your broker. Knowing which is which is most of the job.
You didn't get licensed to become an IT person, and you shouldn't have to become one to keep up.
Between showings, the inspection that went sideways, and forty-one unread emails, “figure out AI” never makes it onto the list. It just moves to tomorrow.
None of that is a you problem. You got into this to work with people, not to run software.
That's almost four hours a week, and it isn't a projection. One in three agents using AI already save that much. The other two thirds haven't caught up yet.
Last year
Busywork AI takes off your plate each week
A third of them save this much or more.
What I do
Five assistants built around how you actually work, living inside the AI you already use. Then five sessions to turn them into a habit, because a tool you forget about isn't worth anything.
Meet your five
Writes your market updates, neighborhood content, and past-client check-ins in your voice. Nothing goes out until you've seen it.
Turns a listing or a market stat into a week of captions and designs. You approve the lot in one sitting.
Your morning briefing. Who to call, what's happening today, and what's about to fall through the cracks.
Listing copy that sounds like you, the listing kit, CMA prep, and a weekly seller report ready to forward.
Whatever the audit says is actually eating your week. Every agent's is different, so this one gets built after I've seen how you work.
Where the human stays
You get the hours back on the writing and the admin. You keep every judgment call, which is the part that keeps you compliant and the part your clients are actually paying you for.
Every assistant drafts and hands it back to you. You read it, you fix what's wrong, you decide whether it goes out. There is no button anywhere that publishes without you.
AI does not know your MLS rules or which phrasing will get you in trouble. You do. I build the assistants so the review step is unavoidable, and we go through the language to watch for during your sessions.
If your broker has a policy on AI, we work inside it. If they don't have one yet, the plan I write is something you can hand them.
In their words
You are simply amazing. This is fantastic. I can't wait to have you train my entire office.
Kate was really strategic in recommending how AI could best help me based on our current business model and needs. It provided high value for the investment we made, and we have cleared some bottlenecks as a result.
The questions Kate asked really helped me think about my business and the future, and they got me excited. It was so cool to see her personalize everything for me. I felt super seen in what I want to create.
Pricing
Free to start. One build fee, one AI Coach. That's the whole price list.
Free
the AI Audit
A proper look at your business before anyone spends anything.
Normally $1,500.
$2,500
one time
Five AI assistants built around what the audit found.
$600
per month
Your AI Coach: someone in your corner who knows your business, knows the tools, and keeps you current.
One thing that isn't on this list: you'll need a paid plan on one AI tool, usually $20 to $30 a month. That's what runs the assistants at full strength and lets them connect to the other tools you already use. It goes to them, not to me.
Three Zillow leads cost more than a month of this.
And if the busywork is costing you even one deal a year, it's already costing you more than the whole thing.
Conditions are simple: come to the 5 sessions and use what I build.
After the first month
Everyone can hand you a tool. Almost nobody sticks around while it becomes the way you work.
Something breaks the night before a listing appointment, you text me. You wonder whether AI can do a thing, you ask me instead of googling it and reading forty blog posts.
Tell me what's eating your week and I'll build it inside your AI tool. When it's done, I start the next one. No quota, and no waiting for your month to come around.
AI changes every few weeks. I test the new tools so you don't have to, then show the group what's actually worth your time and what's noise.
Find out for free. Here's exactly how it goes.
I show you how I work and we figure out whether it's worth going further. That's the whole agenda.
I go through your business, show you where AI belongs and where it doesn't, and put a real number on the hours you'd get back.
Take the plan and build it yourself if you want. Plenty of agents do. Nothing is owed either way.

Who you'd be working with
I spent my career in operations, which mostly meant figuring out why a process that should take ten minutes took two hours. I started Coswitch to do that for real estate agents, using AI where it actually helps and leaving it alone where it doesn't.
What I care about most is that nobody gets left behind by this. AI is moving faster than anyone can keep up with on their own, and every agent deserves someone who will sit down and show them. That's the whole reason Coswitch exists.
